Return & Refund Policy

We want every 11AMP order to arrive in perfect condition. If something has gone wrong with your shipment, this policy explains when we can take it back and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product damaged in transit
• Incorrect item received

To be eligible, you must:

• Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
• Share a clear unboxing video and/or images of the issue
• Provide proof of damage or the wrong item received
• Include your order ID

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We are unable to accept returns if:

• The product has been opened, used, or consumed
• The packaging has been tampered with, is missing, or has been altered
• The request is raised after the 48-hour window
• Damage results from misuse or improper storage
• The complaint is about taste, personal preference, or individual results

3. Return Process

1. Email Admin@11amp.co.in with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and the supporting unboxing video / photos.
2. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–5 business days.
4. After inspection at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after approval. The method depends on how you paid:

• Prepaid orders — refunded to your original payment method.
• COD orders — refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the account you share with us.

Once initiated, your bank typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
• Cancellation refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product shipped by us.
